Who We Are

SeedPower Foundation Community Based Organization was founded in the year 2018 and registered in the year 2019 under certificate number DSD/43/245/02/82873 as a non profit community based organization. It was registered with the mandate of community empowerment to empower vulnerable children, youth and women in the community.

Beldon and Peter, the founders of SeedPower

Beldon and Peter have vast experience in working with the vulnerable communities for over 13years. They have worked with different communities, trained and benchmarked with educational institutions in Africa and USA where they caught the vision of starting SeedPower in Kenya back in the year 2018.

Peter and Beldon shares similar humbling childhood experiences that drove them to start SeedPower as a way of giving back to the community and ensuring that the vulnerable communities exploit their potential and become community’s agents of transformation.

It’s now their sixth year of serving at SeedPower and their work is impacting the lives of children, women and the youth in Kenya and East Africa.

FOCUS

The SeedPower Board promotes, supports, and enhances the vision and mission of SeedPower Ministry and seeks opportunities to grow and sustain the ministry.
The Board is comprised of committed individuals from many different walks of life. Each member has their own unique set of skills and talents which they bring to the operations of SeedPower. They have all come together to support the mission and vision of SeedPower.
Board members serve without pay to enable the best use of funds for the organization. An Advisory Board has also been put in place to bring in additional knowledge, skills and abilities to support the organization.
